The following changes have been implemented in the store as of October 28, 2020:

The "Equity, Inclusion, & Diversity Tees" page link has been moved from the page navbar to the category navbar, right after the "Banfield Foundation Tees" link.
In the "Equity, Inclusion, & Diversity Tees" page, the "here" link has been updated to https://banfieldeid.orderpromos.com/.

All instances of "Account Balance" have been updated to "Mutuality Awards Balance".
"Current Balance" has been updated to "Points Balance".
"$1.00 = 1 Point" has been added below "Points Balance".

The "Quality Week" page has been activated.
The "Quality Week" header link has been removed.
A link named "Quality Week Store" has been added to the category navbar after the "MVP Shirts" link. It takes the user to https://banfield.mybrightsites.com/pages/42159.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of July 31, 2023:

The verbiage that reads "$1.00 = 1 Point" has been added below the "Points Balance" label.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of August 1, 2023:

All instances of "Dashboard" have been updated to "Profile".
The "Navigation" section has been removed from the footer.
The "View" links from the page navbar have been removed.

The following changes have been implemented on the "MVP Program" page as of October 2, 2023:

The "here" link has been updated to show a password popup on click. This only applies if the user has not successfully entered the password yet.
The password on the password popup has been updated to the specified password above and is set to be case-insensitive. Entering the correct password will take the user to https://bphmvpshirts.orderpromos.com/ and clicking the "here" link will automatically redirect the user to https://bphmvpshirts.orderpromos.com/. This functionality is only valid for 24 hours. Once 24 hours have passed, the user would have to re-enter the password.
The verbiage has been updated to the specified text above.

- The "Activate Gift Certificate" field has been removed from the "Mutuality Awards Balance" page. (October 2, 2023)
- The textbox of the "Cost Center" custom payment method on the Billing Section of the Checkout page has been updated to only accept numbers and have a 6-digit limit. (November 15, 2023)
- The custom code has been updated to prevent copy-pasting text onto the "Cost Center" custom payment method's textbox. (December 6, 2023)

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of January 12, 2024:

The verbiage that reads "Please note: "WWW KAYE SMITH COM RENTON WAUS" will appear on your credit card statement." has been added to the Billing Method section of the Checkout page with the design based on the attached DOC file.
The verbiage on the Order Confirmation Email has been updated to read "Thank you for your order. If paying by credit card, your statement will reflect Kaye-Smith Enterprises as the Merchant.".
The verbiage on the Shipping Confirmation Email has been updated to read "Thank you for your order. If paying by credit card, your statement will reflect Kaye-Smith Enterprises as the Merchant.".

The password protection has been implemented for the OMG Scrub Top store link (https://bphscrubtop.itemorder.com/shop/home/), similar to the setup on the Banfield Gives Back page. When users click the link from the "Senior Pets" page (https://banfield.mybrightsites.com/pages/68236), they’ll be prompted to enter the password "senior". Once entered, access will be remembered for 24 hours on that device.(#9964 - May 29, 2025)
